Jordan Berman is Vice-President, Global Corporate Affairs, Business Transformation and Strategic Planning at Apotex. In his current role, he has oversight for all aspects of corporate communications and associated platforms and channels. Corporate Affairs also includes Corporate Social Responsibility, Corporate Philanthropy, Federal Government Affairs and Environment, Social & Governance (ESG).
In addition, he and his team are accountable for delivering enterprise-wide strategic initiatives focused on transforming the company’s operations, and the planning process supporting the development of short and long-term priorities.
Prior to his current role, Jordan served in a Global Communications Leadership role at Johnson & Johnson, as well as a senior role at AstraZeneca Canada. He also spent eight years on the agency side including tenure as Vice-President, of the Health & Pharmaceutical Practice for the Toronto office of Hill & Knowlton, and has worked with and provided counsel for some of the world’s best-known brands including Pfizer, Medtronic, Kraft Foods, and SC Johnson & Sons.
Jordan holds a joint Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management and the Schulich School of Business. He is a frequent speaker on a range of topics, a faculty member Schulich ExecEd, and the author of The Trust Trifecta: A Leader’s Guide to Hitting the Trust Jackpot, a book focused on building high-trust cultures through impactful communication.
