Matt Wetzel is a partner in Goodwin Procter LLP’s Life Sciences practice in Washington, DC. He advises life sciences, medtech, diagnostics, and healthcare companies, their senior leadership teams, and their investors on the healthcare laws and regulations that govern their businesses. Matt is frequently asked to counsel clients on fast-moving DC developments, including most recently implementation of the Inflation Reduction Act, BIOSECURE-driven supply-chain and contracting issues, MFN model developments, and PBM reforms and restrictions. Previously, Matt served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at AdvaMed and as Chief Compliance Officer at GRAIL.
