As co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer, Joe plays a critical role in shaping Capital Rx’s unique vision and executing its mission to transform the way prescription benefits are priced and administered. Joe helped build the company from the ground up, growing the operations team and overseeing client and member services, clinical operations, pricing and underwriting, network operations, finance, human resources, legal, and compliance. As CSO, Joe is focused on delivering large-scale initiatives and innovative new solutions for Capital Rx and its customers. Prior to Capital Rx, Joe served as a Director in Truveris’ Innovation Lab, where he established strategic partnerships to expand Truveris’ portfolio of payer, pharmacy, and consumer solutions. He also launched and scaled Truveris’ first life sciences products – overseeing $300 million in copayment programs.
Joe began his career as a Consultant at IMS Consulting Group (now IQVIA), where he advised life sciences companies on global pricing and market access strategies. He is a graduate of Harvard University, where he studied Economics.
