Lisa Smith is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree and also holds a Master’s in Business Administration. Lisa started her career with Walmart as a pharmacy intern and fifteen years later has held many roles both as a pharmacist and in market, regional and divisional field leadership positions. Lisa now leads clinical operations in the pharmacy with a focus on advancing non-dispensing functions including immunizations, medication therapy management, specialty services and point of care testing. Throughout the pandemic Lisa was Walmart’s liaison to federal and state public health including standing up Walmart’s testing and vaccine response.
